1. Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be processed.
2. Order Returns:
We are happy to offer exchanges and returns on unused products within 30 days of receipt.
- US Customers: We provide a return label at no extra cost.
- Non-US Customers: We will reimburse your return shipping cost based on your receipt. Please note, once your free returns are used up, you will be responsible for any future return shipping fees. You can also purchase an affordable shipping label directly from us.
Please note: Each order qualifies for one free return within 30 days of receipt.

- Unchanged color
- Untouched lace (no cutting or secondary trimming)
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept used products for return.
